Q1: What’s the order process?

A1: The process is simple.

  • Email us with your product details
  • Quote based on your requirements
  • After order confirmation, the invoice will be issued.
  • Pay your order and we will get into bulk production
  • inspection and handover your goods

Q2: What are my payment options?

A2: We accept Paypal, Money Gram, Western Union, and Bank transfers. Since our products are custom and made from scratch, our company policy is to have payment in full prior to production, therefore payment upon delivery is not an option.

Q3: How do you ship products to me?

A3: That depends on your requirement and product weight. There are 3 ways: by sea, by express, and by air freight.

Q4: When do I receive my products?

A4: After your payment, it takes 5-15 days for sample leading and 7-20 days for sample delivering by FedEx or DHL ( 1-2 days to the USA; 2-4 days to the UK; 2-5 days to Canada and Australia). Bulk lead needs 7-20 days and bulk delivery needs 2-9 days by FedEx or DHL; 7-10 days by air freight; 30-40 days by se

Q5: What’s the price for making samples?

A5: The price depends on your products. Any change in the material, color, size, or font will incur extra sampling costs.

10 USD for woven labels, and 30-150 USD for other items. If you are not satisfied with the first sample, we can make the second sample for free. The third needs an extra charge.

Q6: What’s your product minimum order quantity?

A6: That depends on your preferred products. See our product MOQ directly.

Q7: What artwork format will be better?

A7: We accept artwork in PDF, AI, EPS, or CDR. The design must be clear even after enlarging.

Q8: What if I do not have artwork, or a logo yet?

A8: If you do not have a design or a logo yet, don’t worry, we have professional designers at your service. Tell him/her your needs we could give you a hand. Or we also have existing styles for your reference.

Q9: What’s your color option?

A9: We could produce custom products based on Pantone colors. Tell your color codes please if you need spot-color printing.

A11: Yes, we base in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, China. Our customized products are sold all over the world.
