What’s the raw material?
Up to now, we mainly offer metal labels from 3 materials: zinc alloy, copper, and aluminum. But other materials like brass and stainless steel are also available.
So many materials, how should I choose?
Don’t worry. More details are listed below.
Zinc alloy metals are our most favorable products. Thickness is customizable. Its regular thickness is 1-2mm.
Copper labels are softer and thinner than zinc alloy labels. It could be made as thin as 1mm.
The aluminum label is the one that we don’t do much since it’s more expensive in die cost. And also, it is made from bulk copper material, so the edge is rough and could not be electroplated. So more money would be spent on its polishing.
Can I get customized label shapes?
YES, in order to meet your different needs(clothing metal labels, handbag metal labels, belt metal labels), we give you full freedom (not only the shapes). Except for regular shapes, we also have die-cut shapes.
How can I attach them to my products?
We have at least 7 fixing ways: by using holes, butter clasps, tiny screwdrivers, safety pins, magnetic buckles, straight pins, and a bendable, bendable metal sheet.
What are your custom metal labels’ finishes?
We have 3 finishes: electroplating, spraying, or 3-D printing.
How could you make my LOGO?
The known and proven labeling processes for metal labels are engraving, embossing/etching, hollowing, letter/logo shaping, adding rhinestones/pearls, and laser printing.
What’s the difference between embossing and debossing metal labels?
Embossing utilizes a male and a female die set to press a raised design into a metal substrate. It creates characters that are raised upward, while debossing imprints the design downwards.
Could the custom metal labels be water-washed?
Yes, small labels are ok. But we do not recommend you wash garments with relatively large metal labels for it might cause labels to fall off, garments, and wash machine damage.
